Ulrike Schmidt-Fleischer, Lawyer
Since September 2015, I have been managing my law firm, which specializes in the field of commercial law, including labor law. Since establishing myself as a self-employed lawyer, I have already helped several companies launch and transform. I have also worked in the external legal department for companies and examined all incoming contracts to ensure that there are no serious risks hidden for the company.
I graduated in law from the University of Greifswald, where I focused on business and labor law. My second State’s exam was in labor law. In this area, my focus is on trade, as well as on cooperate and IT law.
I am also an active member of the Arbeitsgemeinschaft Handels –und Gesellschaftsrecht of the German Lawyers Association and the Arbeitsgemeinschaftt IT-Recht.
